Mentoring services

EthicsCall would engage in Mentoring service to the pre-selected executives of the client entity after broad assessment of the corporate culture, governance mechanism, oversight regime and the tone at the top of the entity.

The entity under contract with the EthicsCall will internally select the executives for mentoring service by name and provide the EthicsCall with the list of executives with designation and place in the organization.

The entity will share essential information on each executive under the mentoring programme which information will be protected and be made available to the designated mentors.

EthicsCall will set up secure web pages on www.ethicscall.net where individual interface could be initiated online. To enable this interface, each executive will receive a unique login username and password. Dedicated telephone numbers for each entity will also be provided to have more interactive sessions with the mentors.
