Indianguesthouses.com charge Rs.750 as cancellation processing fees to cover service tax, transaction processing charges and other costs to be paid to third parties. In addition to the cancellation processing fee, you will be charged cancellation penalty as per cancellation policy of booked hotel/guesthouses/bed and breakfast/property, already intimated to you in booking confirmation email.
   
Note : In case of cancellation refunds can take 15-30 days to process and get credited to your account.
