Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Director
Mr. Pradeep Kumar has brought on board over 30 years of operations experience with him. He has been at key positions of multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble Asia Pacific, Union Carbide India and as COO of Singapore listed, Thakral Corporation Ltd.
He has exceptional skills in capability building via leadership development and systemic improvement. He is a mechanical engineer with postgraduate qualifications in general management. Pradeep is also a qualified "Jonah" for teaching the subject of "Theory Of Constraints". This knowledge when applied to business situations delivers exceptional results in very short time.
Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Director
Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Chartered Accountant qualified in 1987 and has experience of catering to the needs of diversified clientele which include national as well as multinational companies. He has the experience of providing consultancy in strategic planning, preparation of project reports, business development strategies, developing MIS, suggesting cost controls measures negotiating and facilitating joint ventures for both foreign, as well as Indian clients. Acted as consultant and advisor to the Custodian, the Special Court (Trial of offences relating to Securities Transaction) Act. 1992, a body of Government of India, investigating securities scams in India. He has also undertaken consultancy assignment for large project on behalf of United Nations.
Besides he is heading a team of diversified professionals serving clients in diversified interest such as telecommunication, information technology, flexible packaging, paper, leather, electrical & home appliances, tobacco, entertainment, defence equipment, agriculture, consumer goods industry, exports, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, construction, banking and financial & capital markets.
Mr. Apurv Kansal, Director
Mr. Apurv Kansal is a young dynamic IT professional, a qualified MBA in IT & Systems from IBS, Hyderabad. He is heading a team of IT and ITES professionals. He has experience in designing and deployment of software and other IT/ITES based solutions for number of companies including multinational companies in diversified fields.
He has an expertise in conceptualizing, developing and implementing multipoint web based solutions in large corporate houses. He excels in deploying end-to-end BPO Centre set-ups for voice as well as data processes and is also responsible for the global operations of the company.
Mr. Salil Agarwal, Associate Consultant
Mr. Salil Agarwal is a management consultant with over 20 years of diverse industry experience. He is a Gold Medalist in Engineering, and completed his Post Graduation in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
His experience spans across industries and functional areas and brings with him an effective blend of technical and management knowledge and a rich industrial experience acquired during his career in the country and overseas. He has more than 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant and has largely worked with SME’s and helped them improve performance by adopting unique management techniques to provide innovative and tailor made solutions for the clients. He has also taught at various management institutions including Indian Institute of management, Lucknow and has been a guest speaker at public functions and seminars.
For the last seven years, he is associated actively with world’s top companies in BPO sector in various capacities and has been helping organizations make a foray into the BPO sector. His expertise in BPO consultancy span across all functional and operational aspects such as strategic and operational processes, stakeholder alignment, program management, transition and technology selection. He was the key player in establishing a culture of continuous improvement by involving all employees of the organization using Kaizen methodology in one of the biggest BPO in India. He has been actively involved in designing and conducting training programs and has conducted close to 100 programs and has spent nearly 200 days in training. The programs covered areas like
e-business, communication skills, meeting effectiveness, time management, team working, leadership, conflict management, customer service, train the trainer and creativity.
